Norwich Rowing Club is the largest rowing club in Norfolk and Suffolk. We are a community club and welcome people of any age (14- 80+), able-bodied or disabled. Rowing is a great way to get fit and to enjoy the magnificent river and club facilities. You are very welcome whatever your experience, individual goals and personal commitment level.

Our structure has detailed programmes of development, backed by an excellent coaching system. We strive to match your personal requirements from novice/ Learn 2 Row up to Elite levels.

NRC is successful. Each year our rowers compete at National and International levels. Recent crews and squads (Seniors, Masters and Juniors) have successfully competed at National Championships, Henley Royal Regatta, Henley Womens’ and Henley Masters’ Regattas. For the last 7 years, NRC crews have won gold medals at the World/European Masters Championships in single sculls, double sculls and coxless 4’s.

The Role of Honour shows our rowers who have represented Great Britain and England.

We regularly send crews to Amsterdam and Rouen to compete.
